I visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar (shown in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th pics) and dipped (submerged) in the holy water 108 times, chanting Wahe Guru each time. Wahe is typically translated as “wonderful,” and is an exclamation of ecstasy and wonder. Guru means “teacher,” also translated as “remover of darkness.” Waheguru is also described by some as an experience of ecstasy which is beyond all descriptions. As a mantra, it is used to call upon the divine light to remove spiritual darkness.

The golden temple is one of the most visited places in the world and feeds over 100,000 people every day for free.

This is my all-time favorite necklace that I creat

This is my all-time favorite necklace that I created and wear almost every day. The pendant was given to me by a dear friend (you know who you are and I am so grateful) and I purchased the tourmaline gemstones in India about 10 years ago. On one side is Neem Karoli Baba (Maharaj-ji) a great Hindu guru, mystic and devotee of the Hindu lord Hanuman (also the guru of Krishna Das and the late Ram Dass). He left his body in 1973. On the other side is Sri Siddhi Ma, a very close devotee of Maharaj-ji and considered by many to be a great yogini and saint in her own right. She left Her body in 2017. It’s an honor for me to wear it.

Tourmaline – cleanses, purifies and transforms dense energy into a lighter vibration. It grounds spiritual energy, clears and balances all the chakras, and forms a protective shield around the body. It banishes any feeling of becoming a victim and attracts inspiration, compassion, tolerance, and prosperity. I’LL TAKE IT!! 💖
